Sub-delivery on digital campaigns


TV 2 will not credit sub-deliveries on digital campaigns if:

Sub-delivery is within 10 percent of the total target/budget. Sub-deliveries are always calculated in relation to TV 2's figures.
The material is not delivered within the deadline of two days before the start of the campaign.
The material is delivered on time, but there are errors in the material.
The campaign has been on hold.

 

If one of the above applies, the following options are offered:

The campaign goes back online and is delivered as soon as possible.
Sub-deliveries are transferred to a future campaign. Traffic may authorise the conversion of views to another digital product if the stock situation so permits.
The views are banked and used on a future campaign.

 

Sub-delivery on addressable TV

The execution of addressable TV campaigns is always calculated in relation to TV 2's figures.

 

In case of sub-delivery, the following options are offered:

The campaign goes back online and is delivered as soon as possible.
Sub-deliveries transferred to a future campaign. Traffic may authorise the conversion of views to another product if the stock situation so permits.
The views are banked and used on a future campaign (digital or TV).

The bank, addressable tv and digital

The bank is used in 2025 to handle the value of any sub-deliveries and adjustments. For sub-delivery transfers to the bank, a triviality limit of DKK 500 applies, and receivables of less than DKK 500 are cancelled. Deposits in the bank must be used by 30 November 2025, and only sub-deliveries from December 2025, if any, can be carried over to 2026.

All bank deposits used on campaigns in 2025 will be deducted from the invoice.
